On October 24th, we will be moving NZ1 from Ubuntu Desktop to Ubuntu Server.

NZ1 currently runs a full desktop environment left over from before it operated as a headless server, which uses resources that could otherwise go toward the services it hosts. This migration will free up those resources.

Cool Site Cloud (cloud.coolsite.cc) will be in maintenance mode for the duration of this window, and Cool Site (coolsite.cc) will be temporarily migrated to NZ3.

All websites should be fully operational after the maintenance window has closed. If anything goes wrong, the window may be extended, and updates will be provided.
